Corrected Class Work
Work will be sent home in the Purple Folder approximately every 2-3 weeks. Please empty the contents and return the folder to school the next morning..
Some work is kept in the classroom to display or refer to during conference or report card periods.
Conferences for the 2018-2019 will be individualized with the student's family. Students will be in attendance for the initial portion of the meeting and then the teacher will meet with parents without the student for the remaining portion. Conferences will be held the week of 10/23- 10/27. It will be a minimum day schedule.
There are no food treats due to allergy and health concerns. You are more than welcome to purchase a book to donate to the classroom. We will give your child special pencil and make them a birthday book. Both classes will join to sing happy birthday! We will celebrate the summer birthdays before school lets out in June.
Tardies and Absences
If your child is late, they will need to get a late slip from Mrs. Olazar in the office prior to coming into the class.
If your child is going to be tardy or absent due to an illness, please email or call Mrs. Olazar at the school office:
If there are specific dates that you know your child will be absent then please email both Ms. Olazar and your teacher.
